"It's 2 AM: The Fear is Gone" is an original mixed media abstract portrait with layers of hand-painted papers, markers, and bold acrylic marks create layers of depth and interest.  Hand painted acrylic papers add bursts of vibrant energy.  Dots of gold leaf sparkle amidst the layers, adding a touch of mystique and allure.  Who is this woman who appeared out of the chaos that is my art?  I’ve gone beyond my comfort level and always enoy trying new things.  This time with the help of Amanda Evanston, check out her work, it’s wild.  This piece is really several pieces put together to create the image of a woman with something to say.  She’s been cut up, torn and covered with scribbles and dots.  Yet with all this she has something to say.  Does she remind you of someone you know?  This beautiful original mixed media painting is primarily Acrylic created on 140 lb watercolor paper and bristol board.  Multiple coats of archival gloss varnish preserve the artwork.  The painting is signed and unframed.  The images here show what the piece could look like if it was framed.  Frame is not included.
