After a fabulous family vacation in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on Lake Hamilton, I wanted to capture the joy that family brings.  "Fun at the Lake" is a vibrant acrylic painting that captures the lively essence of a lakeside celebration.  To add energy and excitement into the composition, I strategically incorporated pops of red to suggest elements of festivity.  The water may ripple with the activity, and the foliage might sway in the breeze, while we float along on our colorful inner tubes.  This beautiful original mixed media painting is primarily acrylic with some hand printed papers and paint pen details.  The painting is created on canvas panel board with the sides left as in the neutral wood tone.  The painting is preserved with multiple coats of archival gloss varnish, is signed, and is ready to hang.
