Daffodil, paper painting collage. If you were born in March. the Daffodil is your birth flower and symbolizes new beginnings, hope and joy.  
Collage paper paintings are created with many layers of acrylic paints, hand-painted paper, old book pages, pencils, markers and other mark-making tools.  They are all unique one-of-a-kind pieces.  Daffodil was created on a panel board surface.  Similar to a canvas however, it is more stable than canvas and provides a solid surface for applying many layers. This collage is finished with a semigloss varnish which should reduce fading caused by UV light.  Signed, titled and wired on the back side and ready to hang on the wall without a frame. Sides are a continuation of the collage.  Frame is not included.
